Mobile App
The TriLog mobile app (iOS/Android) is the main tool for sector members in the field. It gives access to the same data as the web Sector space, with an interface designed for quick use on the go.
Signing in
Sign-in uses the same Google account as on the web — see Login & Getting Started. Once signed in, the app displays your sector(s) (you can belong to several sectors, across one or more events).
What you can do
| Screen | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Requests | Create and track your sector's equipment requests |
| Today's deliveries | View deliveries planned for your sector |
| Incidents & directory | Report an incident, view event contacts |
Gestures and interactions
The app uses swipe gestures for quick actions on a card (a request, a delivery...):
- Swipe right: positive action (e.g. mark as delivered).
- Swipe left: negative action (e.g. report a problem).
- Haptic feedback confirms the action (a light vibration at the threshold, stronger on confirmation).
The contact directory stays available even without a network connection — handy on an event site where coverage can be limited.
Notifications
The app notifies you of changes concerning your sector: a response to a request (approved, rejected, question from logistics), a scheduled delivery, an incident reported by a sector colleague.
Active sessions
An Active sessions screen lists the devices signed in to your account and lets you remotely sign out a session — handy if a phone is lost or replaced: the signed-out device loses access and stops receiving notifications.
