Welcome to the TriLog documentation

TriLog is the logistics management platform used to organize a sporting event (triathlon, marathon...) end to end: equipment (catalogue, requests, orders, distribution, returns), vehicles and radios in the field, budget and sponsors, as well as checklist and incident tracking.

This documentation is for anyone who uses TriLog day to day — whether from the web back office or from the mobile app.

The equipment journey

From the need expressed by a sector to the settled invoice, equipment follows a multi-step journey, each step described on its own page in the Modules section:

At any time, an incident can be reported in the field, and checklists track key steps (setup, event day, teardown) independently of this equipment flow. In parallel, TriLog also tracks what doesn't go through this flow: vehicles and radios checked out and returned at the depot (see Depot Kiosk), and the sponsor contracts that fund all or part of the budget (see Budget & Sponsors).
