Login & Getting Started

TriLog uses Google sign-in (no separate TriLog password) and an address specific to each organization. These two points often surprise new users — this page explains them in detail.

Your organization's address

Each organization (for example, a triathlon's organizing committee) has its own address in TriLog, in the form <organization-name>.trinyon.app. For example, for an organization called "Nyon", the address would be nyon.trinyon.app.

Why one address per organization?

Each organization has its own data (users, sectors, equipment, events), completely separate from other organizations'. Having its own address guarantees you never end up in the wrong organization.

If you don't know your organization's address, ask your logistics coordinator or your organization's administrator.

Logging in

  1. Open your organization's address in your browser.
  2. Click Sign in with Google.
  3. Choose the Google account you were invited with (usually your professional or club email address).
  4. TriLog automatically redirects you to your space — see below.
Account without access

If your Google account hasn't been invited to any space in the organization, you'll land on an "Access denied" page. Contact your logistics coordinator or administrator so you can be added with the right role.

Which space am I redirected to?

TriLog has a single login screen — not one per space. Once logged in, you're automatically directed to your primary space, based on your role:

Organization administratorAdmin Space
Logistics coordinator or assistantLogistics Space
Sector memberSector Space

I have access to multiple spaces

Some roles (notably organization administrator) have access to multiple spaces at once. In that case, a space switcher appears in the sidebar, at the top left — it lets you switch from one space to another without logging in again.

Sector member: web or mobile?

If you're a sector member, you have a choice: the Sector space on the web works the same way as the mobile app, with the same data. In practice:

  • In the field, on event day → use the mobile app, designed for quick use on the go (gestures, notifications, offline mode for the directory).
  • Ahead of time, to prepare equipment requests → the web space is often more comfortable (large screen, entering multiple lines).
