What's New

What's changed in TriLog over the past few weeks — explained in plain user language, with no technical jargon or version numbers to decode.

New

Roles for the whole committee

Nine roles have been added alongside the logistics roles: chair, treasurer, race lead, bib lead, volunteer lead, sponsorship lead, safety lead, transport lead, and communications lead. Each one only opens up what's relevant to its function, stacks with the others, and remains fully editable — or deletable — from the permissions matrix. See Who can do what and Admin Space.

New

Storage & Stock Counts

New modules for physically organizing the depot (a Site → Room → Zone → Cabinet → Shelf hierarchy) and running rolling stock-count campaigns, with blind counting and discrepancies automatically turned into stock movements when the count is closed. See Storage & Stock Counts.

New

Alerts & Reminders

A new dashboard monitors nine business situations (quotes without a response, stock below threshold, amendments without a decision...) and summarizes each category instead of multiplying notifications, with a daily email digest. See Alerts & Reminders.

Improved

Duplicate an edition

Creating an edition now offers the option to start from an existing edition instead of a blank page: locations, checklists, budget, events, race schedule, or vehicles can be selectively carried over. See Admin Space.

New

Amendments on a validated request

A sector can now propose a change (quantity, dates, location) on a line of an already validated request, without having to reopen it — logistics accepts or rejects it. See Requests.

New

Race Schedule

A new module for building the event's minute-by-minute schedule: formats, start waves, automatic schedule conflict detection, and a public live screen viewable without logging in. See Race Schedule.

July 27, 2026

New

Depot Kiosk

Live tracking of vehicle and radio check-outs and returns at the depot, independent of the regular equipment flow. See Depot Kiosk.

Improved

Undo a finalization made by mistake

A receipt or distribution that has already been finalized can now be "un-finalized" without losing the stock movement history — useful in case of a data-entry mistake. See Receiving and Distributions.

New

Self-service depot

The depot can now operate in self-service mode via the Kiosk, with redesigned navigation for quick on-site use.
