Alerts & Reminders

Alerts & Reminders continuously monitors nine business situations and summarizes them — one alert per rule, not one notification per item ("6 overdue quotes" rather than six separate messages).

The rules being monitored

RuleWhat it flags
Quote without a replyA quote sent to a supplier has been unanswered for too long
Validated needs not yet orderedValidated requests still have no order
Orders with a late deliveryAn order is past its planned delivery date
Late supplier returnsRented equipment hasn't come back on time
Invoices to verifyReceived invoices are awaiting verification
Amendments without a decisionA line amendment is awaiting a response
Stock below thresholdA product has dropped below its alert threshold
Storage area never countedEquipment not counted in a long time (12 months by default)
Stock count open too longA campaign in progress for more than 14 days by default

Where it shows up

  • The Active alerts widget, on the dashboard of the Logistics space, sorted by severity (Critical/Warning/Info) — with a preview of the first items affected per rule and direct access to the action.
  • A daily email digest, sent every morning to the people authorized to act on each category. Anyone can turn off the categories that don't concern them from their profile.
Snoozing an alert

From the widget, snoozing an alert stops it for 7 days without resolving it — handy for a case already being handled another way. Reversible at any time.

Settings

From the Admin space, each rule can be enabled/disabled and its threshold adjusted (days of tolerance, stock threshold...) — specific to each organization, nothing is imposed.
