I am...

Choose your role for a targeted getting-started path.

...sector member

You represent a sector of the event (Transition, Swimming, Aid Station...). Your day-to-day: requesting equipment for your sector, tracking your deliveries, reporting incidents.

  1. Read the mobile app guide — it's your main tool.
  2. Explore the Requests module to understand a request's life cycle, from creation to validation, then follow the tutorial — create and submit a request.
  3. If you lead your sector (role "lead" or "deputy"), you also receive reminder notifications for your team's pending requests.

...logistics coordinator or assistant

You drive the event's logistics end to end: validating requests, supplier orders, budget, distributions, returns.

  1. Explore the Logistics space, your main dashboard.
  2. The Requests module is the entry point for the entire equipment flow — start with the tutorial — process a request.
  3. Move on to Orders & Quotes, Distributions, Budget & Sponsors, and the Depot Kiosk for tracking vehicles and radios.
  4. By default, only the logistics coordinator can validate a request, accept a quote, or set a budget — the assistant prepares and executes, without these critical decisions (details in each module, "Who can do what" section). Your organization administrator can redistribute some of these permissions.

...member of the organizing committee

Chair, treasurer, race lead, bib lead, volunteer lead, sponsorship lead, safety lead, transport lead, or communications lead: your role opens up the Logistics space with what's relevant to your function — and nothing more.

  1. Check Who can do what → Available roles to see where your role fits and what it opens up.
  2. Log in: you'll land in the Logistics space, where only the menu entries matching your permissions appear.
  3. If you also lead a sector (bib numbers, for example), you additionally have the Sector space and the mobile app — the space switcher lets you move back and forth.
A grayed-out button isn't a bug

An action your role doesn't allow stays visible but disabled, with an explanation on hover. If you need it, it's your organization administrator who can grant it to you.

...organization administrator

You manage the organization as a whole: editions, users, sectors, sector roles, catalogue.

  1. Explore the Admin space, then follow the tutorial — create an edition to start a new event.
  2. Check out Catalogue for managing products — the bulk import tutorial speeds up the initial setup.
  3. Role management also happens from this space, at two levels: global roles (what people can do — including the committee roles shipped with your organization) and sector roles (on what data).
Access to everything

An organization administrator has access to all of their organization's spaces (Admin, Logistics, Sector) — the space switcher lets you navigate between them.
