Run a depot stock count
Create a draft
From the Logistics space, Stock counts section, create a campaign: name, scope (a storage area and its category, or the whole depot), blind count (checked by default), and a recount threshold if needed.
Open the campaign
Generates the lines to count and freezes the theoretical stock at that moment — receipts and distributions can carry on normally during the count.
Count
Enter the quantities, or scan serial numbers for equipment tracked individually. A line with a discrepancy above the recount threshold is flagged "to recount".
Revalidate the lines to recount
Every "to recount" line must be reviewed before the campaign can be closed.
Close
Reserved for the logistics coordinator. Each discrepancy becomes a stock movement, with a reason (Damage, Loss, Entry error, Equipment found, Other) — a zero discrepancy writes nothing. This step is final: an error found afterward is corrected with a new campaign, not by reopening this one.
