Incidents
An incident flags a problem in the field: damaged equipment, a delivery delay, a logistics issue... Reporting one requires the same capability as for requests: your sector role must be able to "submit requests" — without this capability, access to the sector is read-only. You can report it from the web or the mobile app.

Where to find it
- Report an incident: from the Sector space or the mobile app, Report an incident button.
- Track and handle incidents: from the Logistics space, Incidents section — an overview of all ongoing incidents, across all sectors.
- Damage reported when returning a vehicle at the Depot Kiosk automatically creates an incident of type "Damaged" here.
Immediate notification
Any reported incident immediately notifies logistics, regardless of its priority — don't hesitate to report as soon as an issue affects the event's progress. Priority (low, normal, high, critical) simply helps logistics prioritize how it handles it.
