Bulk-import a catalog or locations
Choose the source
From the Admin space, open Import, then choose the data type (Products, Categories or Locations) — for locations, also select the edition concerned.
Prepare the file
Download the provided Excel template (columns already in the right format), fill it in, then upload your file.
Map the columns
Map each column of your file to the corresponding TriLog field (or "Ignore") — all required fields must be mapped before you can continue.
Handle duplicates and start
Choose the behavior to apply to duplicates (ignore the row, update the existing entry, or create a new one depending on the data type), then start the import.
Background import
The import runs in the background — you're notified when it's done, with a detailed report of the rows processed.
