Add a product tracked by serial number
Open or create the product
From the Admin space, open Catalog → create or open the product concerned (e.g. a radio).
Enable per-unit tracking
On the product sheet, enable per-unit tracking: each unit will be identified by its own serial number rather than counted as a whole.
Enter the existing serial numbers
From the Units tab of the product sheet, manually add the serial numbers of equipment already owned before using TriLog — without going through the request → order → delivery flow.
Check the stock movement
Each manual addition (or removal) automatically generates the corresponding stock movement, so the displayed stock stays accurate.
