Create and publish a race schedule
Open the Race Schedule module
From the Logistics space, open Race Schedule.
Create a format for each event
Name, abbreviation if any, and its stages in order — for each one, the time of the first and last athlete (e.g. "7'" and "26'"), a cutoff time if needed, and the number of laps where applicable.
Create a scenario and its start waves
For each wave: the format concerned, a name, the start day and time, and the number of athletes expected.
Adjust the times on the timeline
Drag, use the arrows, or enter a time directly — until no blocking conflict remains. Warnings stay visible but don't prevent you from continuing.
Publish
This scenario becomes the official schedule, locked for editing, and is displayed on the live screen.
Get the live screen link
From Live screen, retrieve the link (and the QR code) to display on the site's monitors.
