Propose and process a line amendment
Propose a change (sector side)
On a line of a validated request, enter the new target value you want (quantity, dates, or location) — not a delta, the target value. A quantity of 0 requests the deletion of the line. A reason is mandatory.
Wait or withdraw
The request stays validated with the change shown as "pending". You can withdraw your proposal at any time as long as no decision has been made.
Open the amendment (logistics side)
From the Logistics space, the amendment appears in the request triage view, Amendments tab.
Accept or reject
Accepting updates the line (or deletes it) and automatically adjusts the remaining quantity to order — two separate warnings appear if the decrease creates a surplus that's already been ordered or already delivered. Rejecting requires a reason, passed on to the sector; the request stays unchanged.
