Create a direct order (without a quote)
Open a new order
From the Logistics space, open Orders → New order (without going through a quote).
Fill in the supplier and contacts
The supplier and, if needed, a specific supplier contact, as well as an on-site contact for receiving the delivery.
Add the material lines
Product, sector, quantity, unit price excl. tax.
Save
The order stays in preparation.
Confirm and send
Logistics coordinator: click Confirm and send to transmit it to the supplier.
