From the Logistics space, Returns section, open the return linked to the relevant order.
Enter what's coming back
Line by line: quantity actually returned, and condition (compliant, damaged, missing) — with a photo as evidence in case of damage.
Choose partial return or closure
Partial return if more returns will follow (nothing is declared lost); Close the return for the last pass — restricted to the logistics coordinator.
Check for any dispute
Damage always triggers a dispute. At closure, a balance still outstanding triggers one too — but not on a simple partial return.
